Each employee within an organization has different qualities, strengths and weaknesses and have already done a certain level of training and development, therefore has different needs in order to polish their skills, maximize their effectiveness and play a more positive role within the organization.
Momentum’s program carries employee development into the next level to address these needs through one-on-one program tailored to each of the participating employees.
There are 5 steps to the process:
• Selection of participants
• Initial assessment
• Development plan
• Final assessment and feedback
• Measuring results
Momentum will integrate a number of the topics as described under the Development topics tab and other specific needs as identified by the employee or their supervisor to create a complete program for each participating employee.
